This badass cat was banned from a supermarket, but “surprise, bitch. Bet you thought you’d seen the last of me”, he keeps coming back. Oliver was first spotted in Sainsbury’s in Brockley back in November. The six years old had been prohibited from entering by the store security. Does that bother him? No. Cat’s just don’t play by your rules.
So don’t be surprised if you see Oliver lurking in the shelves while you shop. Also, for the same reason, he’s pretty famous among the locals, but Sainsbury’s not so fond of this extra exposure. A store spokesperson said “He lives in the house next door and he’s in here every day, all the time. He’s not allowed to be here, the staff like him, but he is a health and safety risk.” That said, we think if the cat is admitted as one of the staffs, they may have better control over him. That should be better since he’s not going anywhere soon.
