Cats are such ambivalent creatures. The more time we spend with them, the more we realize how much we don’t know about them. How come such ‘majestic’ animal can be so silly or even pesky sometimes!? Is this what people call ‘mystery’? To help you learn more about these little furries, artist Scott Metzger has made hilarious cartoons and comics just to explain how ‘cat logic’ works.
Scott opens up about his two cuties. “My two cats are Hannah (13 years old) and Max (7 years old). Both are rescue cats,” he said. “Hannah is part Siamese and part Calico. She’s sweet and friendly, but she clearly prefers my wife and 10-year-old daughter. Max is a tuxedo cat and he loves people – he loves everybody. He’ll sit on any available lap.”
Support the artist’s long 22-year-and-counting journey as he brings hope and joy to other people. “It’s a great feeling when a comic connects with people or if someone says they laughed out loud at a cartoon,” he added. “A couple weeks ago, a woman emailed saying that she battles depression and my comics have made her laugh and feel better. That made my day.”
