At Etobicoke Humane Society, Ontario, cats have been sleeping on freezing cold, hard floor, but not anymore. IKEA, a multinational Furniture Retail Company, has donated 10 pretty doll beds for the little felines there and has also contributed $300 for their better future. “Our floors are easy to clean but not terribly comfortable to lay on. Now cats like Catsby and Frankie have beds of their own to curl up in,” the Humane Society posted recently.
IKEA does not make or sell furniture for pets specifically, but some people have reported to have bought Duktig Doll Beds for their cats and it’s size is perfect enough for their fur balls. The company might as well launch furniture for beds in future, I believe, after seeing their recently posted picture of a double-decker Duktig Doll Bed with kitty lying on the upper bed and a little pug dog on the lower one.
